What do you invest in? Republic Venture Fellows & Associates — Cohort 4

This fall Republic held our fourth cohort of Venture Associates — 48 young professionals, and MBA students eager to break into venture capital. Republic’s curriculum included content across deal sourcing, diligence, and how to build your brand as a VC. We also brought in ecosystem partners like Amir Liben from Primary Venture Partners, Elizabeth Yin from Hustle Fund to share their learnings as investors with our cohort. We are grateful to partner with these rising stars as they continue their journey into the VC ecosystem.

As a capstone project, each fellow wrote their own investment thesis that discusses where they believe investment dollars should be allocated. The theses cover a broad range of industries and topics, including ClimateTech, Future of Work, AI, and FemTech.

Republic created this program to cultivate the next generation of leaders in VC and we’re constantly impressed by the thoughtful, compelling ideas these emerging venture capitalists put forward (and we think you will be too.)
